.Dance (General): Finding BOOKS

This is the main portal to databases and other library sources for dance research at Van Wylen Library, Hope College.

Searching for Books in Primo

The search box above will search our print and digital collections for books and media.

Limit results to just books under Resource type

  • When researching dance topics in books, think broad! Search under more general topics and expect to find your subject discussed in broader texts.
  • Notice where your “keywords” appear in the record. They are often underlined in yellow.
  • Experiment with the words you search with! Use your initial results to brainstorm different ways of describing your topic.
